7.Drinking too much alcohol
To avoid the negative effects of drinking alcohol is to limit your consumption. Alcohol consumption affects the liver and causes liver cancer and you may lose memory and lose physical balance and reduce self-esteem too.

8.Skipping breakfast
Breakfasts are considered brain food. It’s a bad habit that is avoiding breakfast. Take the time to treat yourself to a nice breakfast instead of making this nutrition mistake before noon. Skipping breakfast is an unhealthy lifestyle and may lead to physical problems.

9.Smoking
The health risk of smoking is extensive and well-documented. Smoking habits damage our lungs and lead to lung cancer and other deadly diseases. Smoking damages our skin, teeth, and other organs too.

10.Not managing stress
Mental health is an important factor, stress makes our mind disturbed and makes us unhealthy. Find some time to stay calm and avoid the factors which make you stressed. avoid overtime works and busy life in some way.
