In practical practice, the most effective treatments for Acne are the traditional ones.  For those who are curious, below are 10 home cures for Acne.

1.Spot treat with tea tree oil

It’s widely recognized for its ability to combat infections and decrease skin irritation.Tea tree oil is quite strong.

2.Apple cider vinegar

Fermented apple cider (or the unfiltered liquid from crushed apples) is converted into apple cider vinegar.

It is similar to other vinegar in that it fights a wide range of bacterial and fungal strains.

P. acnes can be killed by apple cider vinegar’s organic acids, which include citric acid.

3.Make a honey and cinnamon mask

Honey and cinnamon can combat germs and decrease inflammation, which are two reasons that induce acne.

A 2017 study demonstrated that the combination of honey and cinnamon bark extract produced antibacterial properties against P. acnes.

Other studies have shown that honey on its own can prevent the development of or kill P. acnes.

4.Apply green tea on the face

The antioxidant content of green tea makes it a health-promoting beverage.

The subjects of this study ingested around 1,500 milligrams of green tea extract each day for four weeks. Ladies who used the extract ended up having fewer acne scars on their chins, noses, and around their lips.

Acne patients who consume green tea may see an improvement in their blood sugar and insulin levels, both of which can contribute to the development of acne.

There is proof that epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), one of the key antioxidants in green tea, has an acne-reducing effect, aids in fighting inflammation, and prevents the growth of P. acnes (the bacterium that causes acne) in persons with acne-prone skin.

A number of clinical experiments have shown that topical use of green tea extract can reduce sebum production and acne in persons with the condition.

5.Moisturize with aloe vera

Aloe vera is a medicated plant whose leaves create a transparent gel. It’s often used to treat abrasions, rashes, burns, and other skin disorders.

6.Exfoliate regularly

You can employ chemicals to do this or exfoliate manually by using a brush or scrub to manually remove the cells.

Exfoliation may help acne by eliminating the skin cells that obstruct pores.

7.Extra-virgin coconut oil

It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that are found in many other natural medicines.

Coconut oil may decrease redness and swelling in pimples.

8.Minimize stress

There is evidence that stress may influence the microorganisms in the digestive tract, and this might lead to inflammation and acne.

Constant stress may increase the risk of acne, according to much research.

9.Exercise regularly

There’s limited evidence on the impact of exercise on acne. The increased blood flow helps you to nourish the skin cells, which may help prevent and treat acne.

Several studies have demonstrated that exercise might lower stress and anxiety, both of which can contribute to the development of acne.

This can involve walking, hiking, jogging, and lifting weights.

10.You should take a zinc supplement

Zinc is a crucial vitamin that helps promote cell development, secretion of hormones, the process of metabolism, and immunological response.

Compared with other natural therapies for acne, it is understudied.
