Unhealthy lifestyle: Current reasons and problems For A Unhealthy Lifestyle

As we all know the majority of health issues are occurring due to our unhealthy lifestyle, nowadays. Individuals demand outside junk foods and a new lifestyle to make others jealous. Some people have acquired some bad habits such as drinking, smoking, and not doing proper exercises. The major reason is eating unhealthy foods from outside which is not suits their body yet.

Here are some of the main factors of unhealthy lifestyle and healthy:

1.Not drinking enough water

Hydration is the most thing that is needed for our body. Water supports digestion and supports healthy skin and helps the body to run smoothly. If you don’t drink enough amount of water the skin becomes dry and indigestion occurs. Minimum 8 glasses of water have to drink for a day for a normal individual.

2.Never cooking at home/Unhealthy lifestyle

Cooking at home is very good for your health. Some people are lazy to make food at home and they go outside for delicious for a super cost. Nowadays this considered as one of the new trends. It’s a great way to save money and bond with your loved ones by eating meals together.

3.Never exercising

Exercise is an important thing that every individual has to do to remain a healthy person. It’s never too late to start exercising. If you don’t have a routine exercise, it’s good to start one. A neurologist says that doing exercise helps to protect our brain as age increases.

4.Eating too much sodium

A snack which we are eating as packed fried potatoes, lay, etc is containing such amount of salt. which is not good for our health. Increased consumption of salt may lead to increase blood pressure in our body, so try to avoid it.

5.Not protecting your bone health

Take an adequate amount of calcium and vitamin D for maintaining our bones to be strong enough. Easting more fatty foods

6.Using your phone before bedtime

Phone using at the time sleep may disturb your sleep and you can’t sleep enough. Normal sleep time for an individual is 7-8 hours. Bright light may interrupt your brain as in day time.

7.Drinking too much alcohol

To avoid the negative effects of drinking alcohol is to limit your consumption. Alcohol consumption affects the liver and causes liver cancer and you may lose memory and lose physical balance and reduce self-esteem too.

8.Skipping breakfast

Breakfasts are considered brain food. It’s a bad habit that is avoiding breakfast. Take the time to treat yourself to a nice breakfast instead of making this nutrition mistake before noon. Skipping breakfast is an unhealthy lifestyle and may lead to physical problems.

9.Smoking

The health risk of smoking is extensive and well-documented. Smoking habits damage our lungs and lead to lung cancer and other deadly diseases. Smoking damages our skin, teeth, and other organs too.

10.Not managing stress

Mental health is an important factor, stress makes our mind disturbed and makes us unhealthy. Find some time to stay calm and avoid the factors which make you stressed. avoid overtime works and busy life in some way.
